If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a ticket purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any device, named ZIG.
Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CLOSERLOOK DIGITAL SOFTWARE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, 36/19A and 20A, 3rd Floor, Ashirwadh Complex, D B Road, R S Puram, Coimbatore 641002
Tickets refer to the admission or entry passes offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Tickets from Us.
Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
Website refers to ZIG, accessible from https://zed.digital/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel Your Ticket Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling a Ticket Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Ticket or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the event organizer, takes possession of the ticket.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Ticket. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In order for the Ticket to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any tickets that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Tickets may be refunded. Unfortunately, Tickets on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Upon approval of the return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The credited amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account using the same means of payment as used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
